Privacy
Wagga Futsal publishes the draw, results and ladders so players and families can follow the competition. We keep what's public about players, especially children, to a minimum.
What's public
- The draw: team names, dates, times, the venue and pitch, scores and the ladder.
- Junior competitions (under 19 and younger): players' names are not shown. Squads, scorers and match events show “Private Player”.
- Opens and Social: players' names are shown in squads, scorers and match events, unless the competition, team or player is set to be hidden.
- Goals always count towards team scores and the ladder, whether or not a name is shown.
- We never publish dates of birth, registration numbers, or contact details.
Hiding a player or a team
- Any player can be hidden: their name shows as “Private Player” everywhere on the site.
- A team can be unlisted: it stays in the draw, but its squad, scorers and calendar feed aren't public and it isn't in search.
- A team can be private: it's taken off the public draw, search and ladder. Its families get a private link to the team's fixtures instead.
- The draw still shows the times and venue of public teams' games, so hiding a player doesn't hide where their team plays. If that matters, ask for the team to be unlisted or private.
Asking for a change
Email admin@waggafutsal.com.au with the player's or team's name and what you'd like hidden. You don't need to give a reason. Changes show on the site straight away.
